Who Are We?
Kluwer Copyright Blog (KCRB) is a publication of Kluwer Law International, providing information and news European copyright law. We have assembled a group of leading experts, comprising practising lawyers and academics to report on the latest developments. They in turn have enlisted professional colleagues of diverse backgrounds to offer both established and new voices into the mix. The managing editor is IVIR, the Institute for Information Law in Amsterdam led by Prof. B. Hugenholtz and Dr. L. Guibault.
The result is a fresh, high-quality, and timely examination of the world of European copyright law.
What Is Our Focus?
The intention of the copyright blog is to provide short columns on European copyright law and occasionally US law where there is a cross border interest. This includes reporting on selected case law, new developments in legislation and new publications. In addition to these columns we will also post the head notes of our copyright cases product on this platform. Our primary audience is the copyright law professional operating in Europe.
